I've had the privilege of knowing Emily and her wonderful family for basically my whole life! She and Steven started dating when they were just sophomores in high school, and now HERE THEY ARE! They had a chance to grow and learn together, fall even more in love with each passing year, and finally seal the deal. Emily is the queen of crafts and calligraphy so she filled their reception with so many fun and personal details to reflect her mixed island heritage. They were surrounded all day by the love of their families and their huge bridal party full of their favorite people. We started the day at a nearby park for their first look and family pictures before heading to their stunning backyard ceremony and reception. During golden hour, we snuck away to the neighbor's garden for some quick formals and bridals before dancing the rest of the night away!

(As always, I tried to contain myself and post my favorite highlights but I couldn't stop myself. I wish I could have posted them all!)

As they pulled each other close for their first dance, I could see Emily and Stevie both giggling. I assumed they were sharing a sweet, private "I can't believe we're married moment!". As I got closer to get some more shots, Emily leaned over and said "This is the wrong song! This isn't our first dance song!". They were supposed to dance to "Take My Breathe Away" (the slower, more romantic Top Gun version) and the DJ was playing the upbeat dance party version HAHA. They couldn't stop laughing their whole first dance and I loved how easily they rolled with it, completely carefree!
