I love that photography brings me new friends! I was so excited when I got an email from Keala and realized she was marrying the brother of one of mine and Bryan's close friends! She's also been close friends with my sister-in-law for years. Such a small world! I low-key stalked them on social media and thought she and Al were such a sweet couple and they're even greater in person. We met at Antelope Island, about an hour north of Downtown Salt Lake. This was the first time I had been there so I didn't really know what to expect. Thankfully, it was gorgeous and sunny that evening, barely any clouds in sight (which was crazy because I had spent all morning in the snow in the mountains). The golden hour light was flawless, we got a vibrantly colored sunset, and these two are STUNNING so it all came together pretty naturally. The only downfall: there were about ONE BILLION TRILLION MOSQUITOS and we all got eaten alive. Thankfully, these two were troopers and we were able to capture their love in this beautiful spot. I can't wait to shoot their Northern California Wedding in December! Congrats Keala and Al!
